Less than 100 items shipped will be $8, more than 100 items shipped will be $13.50.
Business cards are .15cents each, all other items are .20cents each plus shipping.
Each new student will receive a Certification Packet with a number of these items included. Upon payment of annual renewals, you will also receive a small inventory of items. If you are planning on doing a public lecture or conference to promote your practice, use this order form to order additional supplies.
