‘Supervision Fees’ have been replaced by the FHCi Family Membership, which carries a one-time fee (for newly enrolled families) of $35 minimum. If a family wishes to make an additional donation, that amount can be added to the total paid when completing the enrollment form.
It is the responsibility of each Supervisor to collect the fees for FHCi membership at the time of enrollment and to complete the family’s online enrollment form.
